DueSnap（以下「本アプリ」）は、賞味期限・消費期限・各種「期限」を撮影して管理するアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報と、その取り扱いについて説明します。

1. アカウント不要・独自サーバーなし

本アプリは、ユーザー登録・ログインなしで利用できます。
本アプリの開発者は独自のサーバーやデータベースを運用しておらず、あなたの期限データや画像を開発者のサーバーに収集・保管することはありません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

登録した品名・期限などのデータは、あなたの端末内のみに保存されます。
撮影した画像は、あなたの端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存されます。
これらのデータは、アプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。アプリ内で個別に削除することもできます。

3. AI解析のための画像送信

撮影した画像から品名・期限を自動で読み取るため、画像データを Google の生成AIサービス「Gemini API」（generativelanguage.googleapis.com／提供：Google LLC）に送信します。
送信されるのは「解析対象の画像」と「読み取り指示のテキスト」のみです。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・端末識別子などは送信しません。
送信された画像の取り扱いは、Google の API 利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。利用するプランによっては、Google がサービス改善等の目的でデータを利用する場合があります。詳細は以下の Google のポリシーをご確認ください。

4. 通知

期限が近づいた際のリマインドは、端末内のローカル通知機能で行います。通知のためにプッシュ通知サーバーを使用したり、データを外部送信したりすることはありません。

5. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリの無料版では、Google の広告サービス「Google AdMob」（提供：Google LLC）を利用してバナー広告を表示します。広告の配信・不正防止・表示頻度の調整のため、AdMob は広告ID（Advertising ID）や端末・広告閲覧に関する情報を収集し、Google と共有します。広告目的で扱われる情報の詳細やオプトアウトは、Google のポリシーおよび端末の「広告」設定（広告IDのリセット／オプトアウト）をご確認ください。
Plus（有料サブスク）にご加入いただくと、広告は表示されません。

アクセス解析・クラッシュ解析・行動トラッキングのSDKは組み込んでいません。上記3.の Google Gemini API と本項の Google AdMob 以外の第三者に、あなたのデータを送信・提供することはありません。

6. 利用する端末の権限

カメラ／写真：期限を撮影・画像を選択するために使用します。
通知：期限のリマインドを表示するために使用します。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは一般利用者向けであり、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. データの削除

アプリ内で各データを削除する、またはアプリをアンインストールすることで、端末内に保存されたデータは削除されます。Google に送信済みの画像の取り扱い・保持については、上記3.のとおり Google のポリシーに従います。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は本ページを更新し、重要な変更については適切な方法でお知らせします。

DueSnap Privacy Policy

DueSnap (the "App") helps you capture and manage expiry / best-before dates by taking a photo. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. No account, no servers of ours

The App can be used without sign-up or login.
The developer of the App does not operate any server or database, and does not collect or store your data or images on the developer's servers.

2. Information stored on your device

The item names, dates and other data you save are stored only on your device.
Photos you take are stored in the App's private storage on your device.
This data is removed from your device when you uninstall the App. You can also delete individual items within the App.

3. Sending images for AI analysis

To automatically read the item name and expiry date from your photo, the App sends the image data to Google's generative AI service, the "Gemini API" (generativelanguage.googleapis.com, provided by Google LLC).
Only the image to be analyzed and the instruction text are sent. No name, email, phone number, location, or device identifier is sent.
Images sent to Google are handled under Google's API terms and privacy policy. Depending on the plan used, Google may use the data for purposes such as improving its services. Please review Google's policies below.

4. Notifications

Reminders about upcoming dates are delivered using on-device local notifications. No push notification server is used and no data is transmitted for notifications.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App uses Google's advertising service, Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC), to show banner ads. To deliver ads, prevent fraud and cap ad frequency, AdMob collects and shares with Google the Advertising ID and information about your device and ad interactions. For details on data used for ads and how to opt out, see Google's policies and your device's Ads settings (reset / opt out of the Advertising ID).
Ads are not shown if you subscribe to Plus.

The App contains no analytics, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking SDK. Other than the Google Gemini API in section 3 and Google AdMob in this section, your data is not sent or disclosed to any third party.

6. Device permissions used

Camera / Photos: to capture or select images of dates.
Notifications: to show reminders for upcoming dates.

7. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data deletion

Deleting items within the App, or uninstalling the App, removes the data stored on your device. Handling and retention of images already sent to Google follow Google's policies, as described in section 3.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. If we do, we will update this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
